April 12, 2018 <br />1 hour <br />Order supplies and talk about how we are <br />going to get all supplies to the area we need it <br />to be in order to build the Gaga pit. <br />May 10, 2018 <br />1 hour <br />Make posters to tell the community about the <br />Gaga pit. The poster will give basic rules,how <br />to play Gaga, the date that we wish to have <br />the opening day game, and also tell them <br />who built the pit and what it's for. <br />May 10, 2018 - June 10th <br />1 hour <br />Go out and put posters out giving out a date <br />of when we wish to open the Gaga pit for the <br />opening game day. <br />June 10th, 2018, and, <br />June 16th,2018 <br />12 hours <br />Preparation, and building days for the Gaga <br />pit with volunteer help. <br />June 23, 2018 <br />4 hours <br />Opening day with a big game day teaching <br />people how to play the fun game, for people <br />of all ages. <br />7 hours <br />Research time total not in group <br />8 hours _ <br />Time spent doing fundraisers <br />3 hours <br />Time spent getting materials <br />
