This is not a <br />final version or actual layout. This document will be reviewed and revised multiple times. The City will try to <br />add additional maps and figures to better tell the story of this vision. <br />The Community <br />Located in the northwest Twin Cities Metro, the City of Ramsey boasts incredible outdoor recreation <br />opportunities, a growing downtown in Ramsey COR, an impressive manufacturing sector, and a strong local <br />government. <br />The City of Ramsey has experienced steady growth and development over the past 20 years. This trend is <br />expected to continue as the City has over 1,000 acres of developable land in the COR located near U.S. <br />Highway 10. <br />Our NeighborhoodsX%11_ <br />Ramsey's neighborhoods make up the fabric of our community and define the balance of Rural Character and <br />Urban Development.
