An additional <br />outdoor recreation facility that is privately owned and operated but open to the public is the 160 acre <br />Boy Scouts of America site along the Rum River. This is used for recreational camping and outdoor <br />activities for scouts, and serves as an area of important wildlife habitat along the river.
