Therefore, it is imperative that Anoka County <br />Parks and the City of Ramsey work with Metropolitan Council and other regional partners to develop <br />a cost -share plan for the funding and construction of the remaining portion of the Mississippi Skyway, <br />utilizing grant monies that are uniquely available for pedestrian and bicycle facilities. <br />This next section may be better located following 'Planned Park System' above <br />City of Ramsey 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Parks, Recreation, Trails, and Open Space Chapter <br />Page 23 of 30 <br />
