8. That, if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish or impair established <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br />9. That, if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent and purpose of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey Planning Commission hereby grants a variance (the "Variance") to allow the <br />utilization of a septic system and private well on the Subject Property with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this Variance shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein <br />are complied with. <br />2. That the Permittee may utilize a private well and an individual subsurface sewage treatment <br />system (SSTS) on the Subject Property and the construction of both shall be in compliance <br />with all applicable local and state regulations. <br />3. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />4. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any earthwork on <br />the Subject Property. <br />5. That the Permittee shall complete the subdivision process, including recording of the Plat, <br />Development Agreement, Cross -Access Easement and Trail Easement, prior to commencing <br />any earthwork. <br />6. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by May 3, 2019, and <br />issuance of the Building Permit to construct a single family home shall constitute initiation. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this <br />the 3rd day of May, 2018. <br />RESOLUTION #18-089 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
