NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Agreement for Residential <br />Recycling Program between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County to receive the <br />base allocation of SCORE funds and additional targeted program funds for general <br />program enhancements and organics recycling. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />th <br />Council this the 24day of April, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #18-087 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
