City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at <br />7:08 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor LeTourneau. He <br />recognized previous Mayor Strommen for her contributions, noting that she will be missed. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Oath of Office — Patrol Officer <br />Police Chief Katers welcomed the newest member of the police department, Kyle Brotkowski, <br />and provided background information on his education and career experience. He stated that <br />Kyle will be a great addition to the department. <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau administered the Oath of Office to new Patrol Officer Kyle <br />Brotkowski. <br />2.01: Proclamation for Building Safety Month <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated that the intention is to thank the building <br />inspectors and permit technicians, which do not typically receive recognition. He stated that <br />each May is declared Building Safety Month to recognize the benefits of building safety and fire <br />prevention.
