Community Development Director Gladhill reported there were several businesses operating in <br />the H-1 district as non -conforming uses along the Highway 10 corridor. <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Surma, to that City <br />Council adopt Ordinance #18-09. <br />Further discussion <br />Commissioner VanScoy recommended the light manufacturing be allowed with no outdoor <br />storage. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Surma, Anderson, Gengler, <br />Onyambu, and VanScoy. Voting No: None.
