ORDINANCE #18-02 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL/CONVEY FOUR (4) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City' s purposes. This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE/CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following described real property owned by the City, as surplus City owned land, no longer needed for current or future City functions, and authorizes said property to be marketed for sale and conveyed/sold: Property ID Address or Nearby Roadway General Description 27-32-25-33-0009 7060 142' Avenue NW E-2: Employment District 27-32-25-33-0017 Limonite Street/ 142ND Avenue NW E-2: Employment District 28-32-25-31-0009 Sunwood Dr./ East Town Center Dr. COR: The COR-1 TBA See description below and Exhibit A COR: The COR-1 That part of West Town Center Drive, as dedicated and delineated on RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota lying south of the westerly extension of the southerly right of way of West Ramsey Parkway as dedicated and delineated on said plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, and lying northeasterly of the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly right of way of Sunwood Drive as dedicated and delineated on said plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION. SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE/CONVEYANCE The City Council shall establish sale/conveyance terms and conditions in the future, at the time of purchase agreement negotiation, for each individual parcel identified in Section 2 of this Ordinance.
