JUL 0 L; 2018 <br /> NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of <br /> Vacation dated May 22, 2018, the City of Ramsey has vacated all public road right-of-way as <br /> highlighted in Exhibit A attached. <br /> The following road right-of-way as indicated by Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby vacated,to- <br /> wit, contingent upon recording of the Plat entitled AFFINITY AT THE COR: <br /> That part of West Town Center Drive, as dedicated and delineated on RAMSEY TOWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br /> south of the westerly extension of the southerly right of way of West Ramsey Parkway as <br /> dedicated and delineated on said plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, and lying <br /> northeasterly of the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly right of way of Sunwood Drive <br /> as dedicated and delineated on said plat of RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION. <br /> Said easement vacation becomes null and void if the Plat entitled AFFINITY AT THE COR is <br /> not recorded. <br /> The vacation proceedings were completed on May 22, 2018. <br /> 4. <br /> Dated: 06/19/18 o'' 4 <br /> 'Ann M.
