Councilmember 'introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESoLuTION #OS-O1-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING '8wa PARTIAL PAYMENT TO GLEN REHBEIN <br />COMPANIES FOR IMPROVEMENT pRoJECT #03-29 (SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND <br />RHINESTONE sTREET NW) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004, City Council adopted Resolution #04-03-066 approving <br />the plans and specifications for the ab°vereferenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City En~eerlBrian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 1 st partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $375,198.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 2nd partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $609,993.05. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Eng-meer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 3ra partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $576,964.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer :Brian Olson inspected the completed' work and <br />recommended 4th partial payment to Glenh Rehbein Companies in the amount of $526,319.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City Engineer ~ Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 5th parti, al payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $194,849.03. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City En~neer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recmnmended 6th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $870,532.37. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City: Engineer :Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 7th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $66,517.52. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal City ;Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended 8th partial payment.to Glenn Rehbein Companies in the amount of $743,807.01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes 8th partial payment to Glenn Rehbein Companies <br />for Improvement Project #03,29, Sunwood Drive NW and Rhinestone Street NW in the <br />amount of $743,807.01 on January 25, 2005. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the MayOr or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />tbr this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of January 2005.: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-O1-XXX <br /> !Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> · .! =;J. :; _f <br /> <br /> <br />
