Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION tt05-01- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM' USE PERMIT TO THE CITY OF RAMSEY PUBLIC ;WORKS DEPARTMENT ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY; MODULAR .OFFICE STRUCTURE ON TItE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14100 JASPARST NW, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT ; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Public Works Department, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the same parcel as their existing facility for an interim period of time on the property generhtly known as 14100 Jaspar St NW and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park, Anoka County, MN (the "Subject p'rOperty") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on january 6, 2005 to-review the request for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the Subject Property for an interim period of time and conducted a public hearing. WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 25, 2005 to review the request for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the Subject Property. for an interim period of time.. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE 'OF MINNESOTA, as follows: This Permit is issued PUrsuant to Section.9.03.06 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this Permit are as fOllows: 1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to install and utilize a temporary modular office structure on the Subject Property effective UPon the date of City Council approval and expiring on January 25, 2010. 2) That the Pennittee shall adhere to all State Fire and Building Codes regarding the inStallation: and utilization of the temporary modula~ office structure. 3) That the Permittee is required to obtain a building permit for'the temporary modular structure. 4) That the Permittee shall submit a revised site plan, prior to the City's releasing the building permit, which accurately shows the size and location of the temporary modular office structure. 5) That the Permittee will close the eXisting access off of Jaspar street to accommodate the location of the temporary modular office' structure.
