ORDINANCE NO. 05- <br /> <br /> ,MSE¥ <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING oRDINANCE NO. 04-46 WHICH ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHES PERMIT FEES, sERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES <br />TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OFRAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHO, RITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br /> <br />The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 04-46 which is an ordinance <br />establishing the Permit Fees, Service Charges and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in <br />year 2005. This is known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 3 of Ordinance No. 04- is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Thc 2005 SchedUle of Rates, Fees and Charges is amended to provide that for all <br /> lots within plats recorded with the Anoka County Recorder's Office between <br /> January 1, 2004 and December 31, 2004, the Utility Rates/Sewer Rate Connection <br /> Charge/Residential Equivalent shallibe $1,100.00 per residential unit and the <br /> Utility Rates/Water Rate Connection Charge/Residential Equivalent shall be <br /> $1,862.00 per residential unit. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 30 daYs after its passage and publication, subject to City <br />Charter Section 5.04. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. EXPIRATION DATE.
