Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: 2005 Council Organization <br /> <br />Councilmen~ber Strommen noted the resolutiOn should be updated to reflect the Environmental <br />Policy Board, rather than the Environmenta! Policy Task Force. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnelnber Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution <br />#05-01-009 for 2005 Council organization. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Jeffrey, Cook, Elvig, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund noted Landmark CommUnity Bank and Village Bank are the new banking <br />institutions listed this year. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #05- <br />01-010 designating financial institutions as :official depositories of City funds for 2005. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councihnembers Elvig, Cook, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution <br />#05-01-011 designating Community First National Bank as official financial institution for the <br />City of Ramsey banking services for the year2005. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Olson, Cook, Elvig, <br />Jeffery, and Strommen. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution <br />#05-01-012 authorizing signatures for financial transactions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: MaYor Gamec' Councilmembers Strommen, Jeffrey, Cook, Elvig, <br />Olson, and Pearson.
