Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik replied the plan <br />submitted by the applicant is what has beenproposed if Coborn's expands. If the expansion is <br />never done the December .]th submitted version xvould apply. Staff is not totally on board with <br />what has been proposed as a future site laYout and would reserve any comments and tweaking of <br />the application when that happens. There is def'mitely potential for improvement on the layout. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded bY Councilmember Elvig, to approve the final site <br />plan for the Pond Building in Ramsey TOwn Center 3rd Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated December 29, 2004. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: MaYor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
