Councilmember Elvig introduced the folloWing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-12-369 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2004, PAYABLE 2005, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as :follows: ... 1) That the tbllowing levies for assessed 2004, payable 2005, be levied upon. the taxable property in said City of Ramseyl Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following' purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund- General Operations Fiscal Disparity TranSfer (as certified) Collected as Property Tax - EDA Levy Collected as Property Tax - General Levy $ 648,589 200,306 4,675,893 $ 5,524,788 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special Assessment Obligations Certificates of Indebtedness Lease Revenue Bonds $466,985 $ 315,693 151',29~ DRAINAGE DISTRICT LEVY Mississippi River Storm Water Sub Drainage District # l $43,348 TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES $ 6,0.35,12t 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 13, 2004. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount of~ property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka.
