Record ID 1491131 <br /> <br />1970545.019 <br /> <br /> lq 2_ .q3 oo2-o <br /> <br />;Board Member Johnson introduced the;folloWirtg resolution and moved for its adoption: /L,/~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-09-235 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A <br />FOUR SEASON PORCH ADDITION WITHIN THE SETBACK FROM THE <br />ORDINARY HIGH WATER MARK OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sheldon and Melinda Mayer (Permittee) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.21.07 of the RamSey City Code to construct a four-season porch addition <br />within the established setback of the Ordinary High Water mark of the Mississippi River on the <br />property generally known as 9124 Collins Dr. NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 2, Itasca Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 2, <br />2004, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey:City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0695, a variance to construct a four-season porch within the <br />setback from the Ordinary High Water mark of the Mississippi River on the Subject Property <br />is hercby granted. <br /> <br />That the four-season porch addition constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a <br />minimum setback of eighty-five (85) feet from the Ordinary High Water mark and thirty-five <br />(35) feet from the bluff line. <br /> <br />3. That the exterior finish of the proposed addition shall match that of the principal structure, <br /> including soffit, fascia, and eave overhang. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the fbur-season porch addition. <br /> <br /> <br />
