Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-09-265 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL' PLAT APPROVAL OF BASALT OFFICE PARK 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, on June 3, 2004, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to replat the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Mixmesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on June 3, 2004; and WHEREAS, park dedication and trail fees shall be satisfied through Tax Increment Financing when the two newly created lots develop; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 22, 2004; and WHEREAS, upon further review of existing drainage and utility easements dedicated as part of Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 the final plat needed to be revised to incorporate appropriate drainage and utility easements to accommodate: 1) existing utility pipes 2) ponding for area development and 3) required, parking stalls and maneuvering areas for the office/warehouse facility that will be developed on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised final plat for Basalt Office Park 2nd Addition on September 13, 2004: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Basalt Office Park 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes.
