Record ID 1491103 <br /> <br />1970545.018 <br /> <br /> L)$. ff I .Ooo I <br />Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~ ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-10-307 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE FROM <br />SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE <br />REQUIREMENTS TO JOHN ROWE (PERMITTEE) AT 6530 GREEN VALLEY ROAD, <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Rowe ("Permittee") has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.50.30 (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) and Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential District) of <br />the Ramsey City Code to plat a parcel that wil1 not meet the minimum public street frontage <br />requirements on the property generally known as: 6530 Green Valley Road and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 7, 2004, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0702, a variance from the minimum street frontage requirements <br />in the R- 1 Rural Developing District (Section 9.20.11) is hereby granted in order to facilitate <br />platting an existing homestead on the Subject Property with 100 feet of frontage on Green <br />Valley Road. <br /> <br />This variance shall automatically expire if it is not completed by October 7, 2005, and <br />recording the plat at Anoka County shall constitute completion. The Permittee may petition <br />for an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be <br />requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the <br />original variance. <br /> <br />3. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br /> Recorder. <br /> <br /> <br />
