He stated that the Planning Commission also <br /> recommended adoption of Ordinance #18-05 Rezoning Identified Properties to E-3 Employment <br /> District. <br /> Councilmember Riley asked for details on the one parcel that is suggested not to be rezoned at <br /> this time. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill stated that staff would recommend leaving that <br /> property as high-density residential as requested by the property owner.
