He stated that he is not sure what the result <br /> of the speed study would be but believes that it would be worth looking at the study. <br /> Councilmember Shryock agreed with the comments about creating consistency and safety. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-091 Authorizing Speed Study Request for Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116 between <br /> Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard/CSAH 57. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Johns, and <br /> Riley. Voting No: Councilmember Kuzma. <br /> 8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau recognized students present at the meeting. <br /> Tommy Chuba, Elk River High School student, stated that he is present tonight as part of a class <br /> assignment to attend a local government meeting. <br /> 9.
