That the Applicant proposes to develop a multi-tenant restaurant facility with a drive-up <br />window for the convenience of itinerant customers. <br /> <br />That the proposed drive-up window is located on the southern side of the building away from <br />the main parking area for the SUbject Property. <br /> <br />9.
