The EDA passed a motion 6-0 to recommend the City Council approve this purchase agreement on 03/08 with no <br />modifications. The EDA was generally supportive of the purchase agreement, proposed project, and the developer. <br />The EDA didn't believe going into closed session to discuss price was necessary.
