People want a lot of feel of natural resources, even in the downtown area. Staff appreciates the opportunity to do some interpretation in the park. Mr. Riverblood listed the various outreach efforts by the City over the past couple of years. He noted that one overwhelming point of feedback is a desire for a splash pad.
