<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RUM RIVER <br />PRAIRIE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Rum River Prairie, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> S ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Rum River Prairie from Rum <br />River Prairie, LLC on October 2, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on <br />October 16, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on November 2, 2017; <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on February 1, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat and variance and recommended approval of the <br />preliminary plat and approved the requested variance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Rum River Prairie on <br />February 27, 2018. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Applicant submitted an application for Final Plat approval on March 19, <br />2018; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Final Plat request on April 24, 2018. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for RUM RIVER <br />PRAIRIE in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2.Incorporation of date of revisions for final plan set. <br /> <br />3.Review and approval as to legal from by the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
