Costs associated with this request are the responsibility of the City. <br />Recommendation: <br />The City Council was previously supportive of the Ordinance as presented and the Planning Commission also <br />recommended adoption of Ordinance #2018-004 establishing the proposed E-3 zoning district within the City of <br />Ramsey.
