McCrossan $715,994.70 <br />Engineer 's Estimate $581, 492.00 <br />WHEREAS, the bid of North Valley, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$544,224.86 for the total bid for construction of said improvements in accordance with the <br />approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder <br />and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements based on the total bid <br />for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8th day of May, 2018. <br />RESOLUTION #18-081 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
