Mayor Strommen thanked all the members of the Council who have been an amazing team to <br />work with. She stated that she leaves knowing that the City is in good hands. She stated that <br />City Administrator Ulrich is a fabulous leader for the staff and has been a great teammate to <br />work with. She stated that she will miss working with him tremendously. <br />9.
