ORDINANCE #18-02 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL/CONVEY <br />THREE (3) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property <br />which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City' s purposes. This <br />Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE/CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares the following described real property owned by the City, as <br />surplus City owned land, no longer needed for current or future City functions, and authorizes said <br />property to be marketed for sale and conveyed/sold: <br />Property ID Address or Nearby Roadway General Description <br />27-32-25-33-0009 7060 142ND Avenue NW E-2: Employment District <br />27-32-25-33-0017 Limonite Street/ 142' Avenue NW E-2: Employment District <br />27-32-25-34-0009 Jaspar Street NW/ 143th Avenue NW E-2: Employment District <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE/CONVEYANCE <br />The City Council shall establish sale/conveyance terms and conditions in the future, at the time of <br />purchase agreement negotiation, for each individual parcel identified in Section 2 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.7. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, the 23rd day of January, 2018 <br />Ordinance #18-02 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
