Thursday, July 12,2018 The Planning Commission will be holding the following workshop and public hearings on Thursday, July 12, 2018. 5:30-6:30pm, Alexander Ramsey Room • Land Use Workshop for The Springs at Ramsey (Continental Properties), a proposed 320 unit rental townhome/apartment home development along Armstrong Blvd. north of Bunker Lake Blvd. 7:00pm, Council Chambers • Variance to the Wild and Scenic Overlay District, Ordinary High Watermark and Restrictive Vegetation Clearing Activity to allow for an accessory structure on the property known as 15795 Juniper Ridge Drive. • Request for a Text Zoning Amendment to add motor vehicle sales in the E-1 Employment district and a Conditional Use Permit to allow for motor vehicle sales through a multi-tenant cooperative at the property known as 14300 Sunfish Lake Blvd. • Consider a text amendment to Chapter 117, Section 117-351 (Home Occupations)to simplify and clarify requirements of employees and outdoor.storage. • Consider an amendment to Chapter 117 to add a Neighborhood Business District to allow small scale businesses such as daycares or cafes within a neighborhood. 'In-person absentee voting for the Primary Election begins on Friday, j June 29, and continues through Monday, August 13. Residents may vote at City Hall or at the Anoka County Government Center—Elections Department.
