PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> ' CI~ OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission condugted a regular meeting on Thursday, January 6, 2005, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station # 1, 15050 Armstrong BOulevard NW, RamseY, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chairperson',Michael NiXt <br /> Commissioner RalPh BraUer <br /> Commissioner Robert Johnson <br /> Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br /> CommisSioner.Gary Van Scoy <br /> · Commission~'r Eric Watson <br /> <br />Members Absent: NOne <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Plgnner:Amy Geisler <br />Associate plarmerTMegan Wald <br />AsSistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Milton Weichelt, 15407 Nowthen BouleVard, stated that he is here as an affected resident of <br />Shade Tree Cottages. He indicated they hid a! neighborhood meeting and-they all are against the <br />project, and feel that the sketch plan is completely inadequate. He stated they have prepared and <br />distributed a memo that expre.sses these feelings, <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that the Shade Tree Cottages item is on the agenda, and will be heard <br />shortly. ~ <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt suggested moving Cases 7 and 8 to. be Cases 2 and 3, and renumbering the <br />remaining cases. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded bY Commissioner Johnson, to approve the agenda as <br />revised. <br /> <br />Planning Commis~sion/January 6, 2005 <br /> Pagel Of 21 <br /> <br />P1 <br /> <br /> <br />
