APPROVE AGENDA

<br />City Attorney Goodiqch added a closed session following Case No. 17 to discuss pending
<br />.condemnation action on 160th Lane. He advised the meeting will be recessedafter Case No. 17
<br />to conduct the closed session. The public meeting will then be reopened and adjourned.
<br />
<br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman indicated Case No. 17 will be moved up-in the agenda to be acted
<br />on under the Report from the Finance Committee.
<br />
<br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda as
<br />amended.
<br />
<br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Pro Tem Zimmerman, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig,
<br />Kurak, and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember.
