Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik replied the plan <br />submitted by the applicant is What has been :Proposed if Coborn's expands. If the expansion is <br />never done the December 7~h submitted Version would apply. Staff is not totally on board with <br />what has been proposed as a future site layout and would reserVe any comments and tweaking of <br />the application when that happens. Thefeis definitely potential for improvement onthe layout. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember C°ok, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the final site <br />plan for the Pond Building in RamseyiTown Center 3rd Addition contingent .upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated December 29, 2004. <br /> <br />Motion carried, voting yes: MayorI Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Jeffrey, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: NOne. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Elvig inquired of the timeline for ground breaking. <br />Assistant Community Development Director/Executive HRA Director Frolik replied the <br />applicant plans to break ground in the spring.
