NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE :OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on March 8, 2005, at a meeting of the Council <br />beginning at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the City of Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the Economic Development <br />Authority of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, to establish a Redevelopment Project Area in <br />connection with the acquisition and betterment.of a municipal center consisting of police, city <br />hall facilities and related parking and adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment <br />Project Area; all pursuant to and in conformity with applicable law, including Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047 and 469.090 through 469.1082. A copy of the <br />relative documentation proposed to be considered at the hearing will be on file and available for <br />public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at the City Hall at least 10 days prior to <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br /> All interested persons may appear at the March 8, 2005, public hearing and present their <br />views orally or in writing. <br /> <br />1723662v2 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
