10. (11) Parkland and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center dated as of ~November 29. 2004. Section 2.1(oo) of the Master A~'eement is hereby deleted in its entii'ety and replaced with the following: (oo) Parkin~ hnprovements. "Parking hnprovements" means the parking improvements described on Exhibit N. Section 2. l(ss) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to the "Phase I Parking Ramp" in the last line thereof with a reference to tl{e "Parking h~nprovements.,, Section 2.1(fff) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (fro "Core Area" means the property legally dc:;cribcddepicted on the attached Exhibit M. Section 2.1(ggg) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (ggg) First Amendment. "First Amendment" means this First Amendment to Master Development Agreement. Section 2.1(hhh) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as follows: (hhh) Interested Parties. "h~terested Parties" means Ramdance, LLC; and any other individuals or entities with any legal or equitable title to or lien on, all or any part of the Unsold Subject Property including but not limited to vendee's under a purchase agreement, option holders, holders of any future interest in or to the property, and mortgagees. Section 2.1(iii) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: (iii) Unsold Subiect Property. "Unsold Subject Property" means all of the Subject Property except the three (3) parcels described as follows: [THE TITLE COMIVlITMENT WILL INDICATE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE CHARTER SCHOOL, HORTON AND NAU PARCELS.
