10. <br /> <br />(11) Parkland and Trail Plan. "Parkland and Trail Plan" means the <br />Parkland and Trail Plan Agreement for Ramsey Town Center dated as of <br /> ~November 29. 2004. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(oo) of the Master A~'eement is hereby deleted in its entii'ety and replaced <br />with the following: <br /> <br />(oo) Parkin~ hnprovements. "Parking hnprovements" means the <br />parking improvements described on Exhibit N. <br /> <br />Section 2. l(ss) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to <br />the "Phase I Parking Ramp" in the last line thereof with a reference to tl{e "Parking <br />h~nprovements.,, <br /> <br />Section 2.1(fff) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />(fro "Core Area" means the property legally dc:;cribcddepicted on the <br />attached Exhibit M. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(ggg) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />(ggg) First Amendment. "First Amendment" means this First <br />Amendment to Master Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(hhh) is hereby added to the Master Development Agreement to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(hhh) Interested Parties. "h~terested Parties" means Ramdance, LLC; <br />and any other individuals or entities with any legal or equitable title to or <br />lien on, all or any part of the Unsold Subject Property including but not <br />limited to vendee's under a purchase agreement, option holders, holders of <br />any future interest in or to the property, and mortgagees. <br /> <br />Section 2.1(iii) is hereby added to the Master Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />(iii) Unsold Subiect Property. "Unsold Subject Property" means all of the <br />Subject Property except the three (3) parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />[THE TITLE COMIVlITMENT WILL INDICATE LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE CHARTER SCHOOL, HORTON AND NAU <br />PARCELS.
