6. That the Permittee shall provide the City with a decommissioning plan that addresses how <br /> the site will be deconstructed and restored when the solar energy system is removed. The <br /> Permittee shall be responsible for all costs involved with the decommissioning and/or the <br /> ultimate removal of all solar equipment and restoration of the Subject Property to its prior <br /> condition (including footings, wiring, etc.). <br /> 7. Decommissioning and the return of the Subject Property to its prior condition shall be <br /> completed within six months after use of the solar energy system is discontinued. <br /> 8. That the final Site Plan shall include a landscaping plan that includes the native plants that <br /> will be established on the Subject Property and outline any necessary maintenance <br /> activities to ensure the landscape is properly established on the Subject Property. <br /> 9. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied <br /> with. <br /> 10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Permit. <br /> 11. That the City Administrator,or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> 12. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by November 14,2018 <br /> and issuance of a Building Permit for installation of the photovoltaic panels shall be <br /> considered as initiating the use. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> RESOLUTION #18-074 <br /> Page 4 of 9 <br />
