Grantor is the fee simple owner of the Property located on 168th Lane N., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, PIN 10-32-25-31-0023, legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, COLE ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />2. Grantee desires to obtain, and Grantor is willing to grant, a drainage and utility <br />easement across the following portion of the Property known as the Easement <br />Area: <br />The south 20 feet of the north 25 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Cole Addition, <br />Anoka County Minnesota, lying east of the westerly 5 feet of said Lot <br />2 and lying southwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the north <br />line of said Lot 2 distant 91.79 feet west of the northeast corner of said <br />Lot 2 to a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 2 distant 57.62 <br />feet southwesterly of the most northerly corner of Lot 3 in said Block <br />1.
