No more than 1 vehicle, which shall be under a gross vehicle weight of 12,000 lbs., <br />associated with the business can be parked overnight outside or near the home. One vehicle which <br />exceeds 12,000 lbs. may be stored on site provided the vehicle does not exceed a gross vehicle weight <br />
