c) The Planning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed application, with mailed <br />notice to all resident whose property lines come within 750 feet of the property lines of the applicant's <br />lot, and published notice at least ten days prior to the hearing. <br />d) Following the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission shall make recommendations to the City <br />Council, including such conditions as are deemed appropriate. <br />Otsego <br />Section 20-28-4 (A) 12: A maximum of one (1) full-time employee, or equivalent, other than those <br />persons who customarily reside on the premises shall be employed. The busines, ivity is enclosed fully within the principal residential dwelling <br />and is not conducted in any attachel or detached garage or other accessory building, nor on any <br />outdoor portion of the property. <br />Residents can apply for a spor.al home occupation permit if they do not meet the above criteria, and <br />must adhere to the folicwinL requirements: <br />Section 125-36 (B)(21(a)( : The home occupation is conducted entirely by the occupants of the home and <br />up to one nonresident employee; <br />Section 125-36 (B)(2)(a) 5: No part of any detached garage or accessory building can be used for the <br />occupation; <br />Section 125-36 (B)(2)(a) 8: Up to one vehicle associated with the home occupation with a gross vehicle <br />weight under four tons may be parked on the home property. <br />
