He stated that if Ramsey is ready to move, perhaps that could be ready to go and move <br />forward rather than waiting until after Thurston/Fairoak, as that project has been put on hold for <br />the next three years. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that he understands what he is saying about Thurston/Fairoak and <br />asked if other parties would agree. <br />Mr. Tinklenberg stated that there was a general acceptance that you could not have the critical <br />corridors under construction at the same time. He believed that there is an opportunity for the <br />City to move forward and to think through that option. <br />5.
