WHEREAS, to complete the project as proposed, the surface of the existing bituminous <br />pavement must be patched which the Contractor is willing to complete for an additional cost of <br />$2,000.00. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves Change Order #1 for North Valley, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #18-03, 2018 Street Overlay Improvements, in the amount of <br />$2,000.00. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of June, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #18-113 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
