Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-108 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL FOR <br />AFFINITY AT RAMSEY <br />WHEREAS, Affinity at Ramsey, LLC hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot Q, Part of Outlot R and West Town Center Drive, Ramsey Town Center <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, on December 19, 2017, the City received an application and plans from <br />Affinity at Ramsey, LLC for Preliminary Plat Review for Affinity at Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 2, the Planning Commission reviewed a concept plan of the <br />proposed development; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 12, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the <br />proposed site plan as a sketch plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 4, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed site <br />plan as a sketch plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 9, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution #18-016 approving <br />the sketch plan; <br />WHEREAS, on February 1, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the Preliminary <br />Plat for Affinity at Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 27, 2018, the City Council reviewed and approved the <br />Preliminary Plat and initial Site Plan for Affinity at Ramsey; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 24, 2018, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and revised Site <br />Plan for Affinity at Ramsey; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Development Agreement for <br />Affinity at Ramsey. <br />
