CC Regular Session 4. 15. <br />Meeting Date: 06/26/2018 <br />By: Colleen Lasher, Administrative <br />Services <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #18-122 Approving an Adjustment to the Hours Worked by Two Employees in the Community <br />Development Department. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to request approval from the City Council to implement a budget neutral shift in the <br />hours worked by two employees in the Community Development Department. <br />Currently, the Community Development Department has a Permit Technician working 40 hours per week and an <br />Economic Development Administrative Assistant budgeted to work 20 hours per week. Staff is currently recruiting <br />for the Administrative Assistant position. The Permit Technician requested a reduction in her schedule to an <br />average of 32.5 hours per week.
