Visited the property located at 17860 Nowthen Blvd NW, City of Ramsey on June 15th, 2018. The <br />prospective owners staked the area of the proposed fence. The area shown in the enclosure did not <br />meet any of the wetland criteria and was primarily Kentucky blue grass with scattered red oaks. No <br />wetlands will be impacted by the fence and are outside the proposed fenced -in area. <br />We discussed the possibility of bituminous on the existing driveway associated with the detatched <br />building already constructed on the site and no wetland issues were associated with the driveway. <br />I did caution that the back of the detached building abutted wetlands and any project associated with <br />expansion would need a permit. <br />Looking east towards Nowthen Blvd. <br />Looking south on far north corner of <br />proposed fence. <br />
