parcel to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The project is a mix of small -lot single-family and <br />detached townhomes (villas/detached single-family with HOA maintenance). While the final plat <br />and site plan have expired, the zoning of PUD has not. The applicant has submitted a revised <br />concept plan taking into account current zoning regulations. <br />Commission Business <br />Chairperson Bauer asked if additional greenspace could be added to the development at Lots 8 or <br />9. <br />Mark Strandlund, Shade Tree Communities, discussed the open space and trails that would run <br />through the development. He explained that if Lots 8 and 9 could not be developed the <br />development would have additional green space. <br />Commissioner VanScoy believed this would be a nice development. <br />The Commission encouraged the developer to proceed with his plans. <br />7. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE ITEMS <br />There was nothing additional to report. <br />8. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />8.01: Receive Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Commissioner Surma stated he would like to see the City working with Anoka County to lower <br />the speed on Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />8.02: Zoning Bulletins <br />Zoning Bulletins were noted. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Anderson, Gengler, Onyambu, <br />Surma, and VanScoy. Voting No: None.
