The Ramsey City <br />Ramsey Municipal <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Acting Mayor John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Jill Johns <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Melody Shryock <br />None <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Human Resources Manager Colleen Lasher <br />Community Development Director Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at <br />7:04 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor LeTourneau. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Board and Commission Member Oath of Office <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau administered the oath of office to newly appointed Commissioners, <br />Mr. Michael Madison, who will join the Environmental Policy Board, and Ms. LeAnn <br />Lambrecht, who will join the Economic Development Authority. <br />2.02: Presentation of the 2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report by the City's <br />Auditing Firm of Malloy, Montague, Karowski, Radosevich & Company (MMKR) <br />Finance Director Lund stated that the City is required to have an audit each year from an outside <br />firm. She stated that Aaron Nielsen provided a thorough review of the report at the worksession <br />earlier tonight and is present now to provide a summary. <br />City Council / June 12, 2018 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
