Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-131 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT, RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY <br />AGREEMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has approved a Purchase Agreement with Affinity at Ramsey, LLC, <br />hereafter referred to as "Developer", for the construction of a 174 unit senior apartment building the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final form of the Right of Entry Agreement, Right <br />of Re -Entry Agreement, and Development Agreement <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 26t1i day of <br />June, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
