<br />Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-170 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT (MINIMUM ASSESSMENT <br />AGREEMENT) FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY, LLC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved a plat/subdivision, site <br />plan, and multiple agreements for a market-rate senior housing apartment with Affinity at Ramsey, <br />LLC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> as part of the approval, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing <br />Agreement, including Exhibit D entitled Assessment Agreement (also known as Minimum <br />Assessment Agreement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Assessment Agreement is to be executed separately from the Tax <br />Increment Financing Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Assessment Agreement with Affinity <br />at Ramsey, LLC (also known as the Minimum Assessment Agreement) and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City.. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br />
