<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-171 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER TIF <br />AGREEMENT RELATED TO AFFINITY AT RAMSEY, LLC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved a plat/subdivision, site <br />plan, and multiple agreements for a market-rate senior housing apartment with Affinity at Ramsey, <br />LLC; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Primary Lender on the project has requested that the City consent to an <br />Assignment of Rights Under TIF Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Consent is a standard legal action and does not materially change any <br />previous agreement or increase liability to the City.. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Consent to Assignment of Rights Under <br />TIF Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the <br />City, subject to final review by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
