Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #18-116 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF COTTAGES AT THE COR WHEREAS, Centra Homes, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of Outlot B, Ramsey Town Center, 2nd Addition, Lying easterly of following described line: Commencing at northwest corner of said outlot, thence south 89 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds east, assumed bearing, along northerly line of said outlot 607.10 feet to point of beginning of said line, thence south 247.47 to southerly line of said outlot & said line there terminating, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. PID: 28-32-25-14-0094 (the ‘Subject Property’); WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey held a public workshop on February 1, 2018 and; WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Cottages at the COR from Centra Homes, LLC on February 12, 2018; and WHEREAS , the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on February 26, 2018; and WHEREAS , the Economic Development Authority reviewed the sketch plan and purchase agreement on April 12, 2018; and; WHEREAS , the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 1, 2018; and; WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a Preliminary Plat on May 9, 2018, and updated plans on June 15, 2018; and WHEREAS, on June 7, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and WHEREAS , the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat of Rum River Prairie on June 26, 2018. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of Cottages at the COR in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions:
